Soap Maker — Neptune City, NJ
$20/hour to start. Full time, 5 days a week. Hiring immediately.
Hi! We're TryTallow. We make handmade tallow skincare ourselves in our Neptune warehouse and we're looking for a Soap Maker to own our soap production.
What you'll actually do
Making soap is the job. That's where you'll spend most of your time and that's what we'll train you on if you don't already know it. Batching, curing, cutting, quality checks, keeping the process clean and consistent.
Otherwise, you'll jump onto balm batches with the production team. And every once in a while, when things get busy, you might help pack ecom orders. That's the order of priority, but if all is going well you'd only be doing soap.
What we're looking for
Soap experience is a big plus. But if you're the right person, we'll teach you.
You should be comfortable on your feet most of the day and able to lift 50+ lbs. You're also should also be the kind of person who identifies problems and lets us know where to improve.
