Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving inquiries promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel policies
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred; prior front desk or housekeeping experience is highly valued
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in housekeeping duties
