Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
Provide basic care and hygiene services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and perform light housekeeping duties
Participate in care planning and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:
Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
