Entry-Level Painter Helper (1099 Independent Contractor)
Elevation Home Solutions Group LLC is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to assist with residential painting projects throughout Northern Colorado.
No experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in your work, we'll provide guidance to help you develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential painting projects
- Surface preparation and masking
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Help deliver quality workmanship that meets customer expectations
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must provide your own paint brush (all other tools are provided)
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Performance-based compensation based on percentage and work completed
