Multi-Site Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Salary: $100,000- DOE
Emerald City Athletics is seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across four health club locations.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both managing and working in the field. The ideal candidate has experience maintaining commercial facilities and is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing equipment while also managing vendors, projects, budgets, and maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for four fitness club locations
- Perform and supervise repairs on fitness equipment, pools, saunas, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Lead maintenance staff and coordinate outside contractors
- Respond to facility emergencies and urgent repair needs
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure all locations meet company standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Strong hands-on experience with commercial building systems
- Knowledge of pools, saunas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fitness equipment maintenance
- Ability to lift, climb, troubleshoot, repair, and work alongside maintenance teams when needed
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
