Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong PLC troubleshooting and injection molding experience? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and injection molding machinery who enjoy solving complex equipment issues and driving continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and wiring diagrams

Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, drives, motors, and control circuits
-
Modify and install electrical and control systems to improve equipment performance

Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
-
Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and chilled water systems

Weld and fabricate components as needed

Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions

Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records
-
Train and support machine operators to maximize production efficiency and quality

Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts safely
-
Collaborate with engineers, setup technicians, and production teams
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
-
Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
-
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
-
Welding experience
-
HVAC maintenance experience

Boiler and chilled water system experience

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

Ability to work overtime as needed

Technical school, vocational training, or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field

Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters (VOM), and programming terminals

Experience with motion controls, servo drives, and stepper motors

Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
