About the Opportunity
PrimeTech Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading behavioral health hospital to hire an experienced RN House Supervisor. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse with behavioral health experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and supporting nursing operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate patient coverage.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient admissions, assessments, and direct patient care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and quality initiatives.
- Conduct staff evaluations, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Support the Director of Nursing with payroll, staffing, and departmental operations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote a safe, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Nursing experience required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric hospital.
- Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, or Nurse Manager experience.
- Experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric psychiatric patients.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience with Joint Commission (TJC) standards and regulatory compliance.
