Sushi YOIN is an omakase restaurant in upper Queen Anne.
We are currently hiring:
- Experienced sushi chefs, preferably with omakase experience
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sushi chef or fine-dining experience
- Strong foundational knife skills, including fish preparation/butchery
- Omakase experience preferred, but there will be an opportunity to be trained
- Hospitality mindset with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Valid Washington Food Worker Card required or ability to obtain one
Compensation will be based on experience with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.
