Sales & Office Operations Manager – Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Sales & Fulfillment
Salem, VA | Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Range: $60,000 per year + commission (based on experience and commissions earned)

We’re a locally owned small business based in Salem, VA, specializing in high-quality ready-to-assemble (RTA) kitchen cabinets. With a strong local and online presence, we serve both DIY homeowners and contractors by offering over 50+ cabinet styles and colors. We also provide cabinet assembly and delivery services to our local clients, helping them save time and money on their remodeling projects.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on and results-driven Sales & Office Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our growing cabinet business. From overseeing order fulfillment and managing a small team, to improving internal workflows and supporting our customer service efforts, this role is key to keeping our business running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, cabinet assembly and deliveries.
- Supervise and support a small team involved in sales, fulfillment, customer service and warehouse tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, support and operations teams.
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs and vendor relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Support business growth initiatives, including local marketing, partnerships and expansion planning.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations, fulfillment or warehouse management role — ideally in retail, e-commerce, or home improvement sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and motivate team members.
- Solid understanding of logistics, inventory and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors and P&L is a plus.
- Proficient with business tools such as Excel, order tracking systems and basic CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Military background is a plus — we value discipline, accountability and leadership experience.
