The Sanctuary for Healing & Liberation is a heart-centered community space for healing, connection, and transformation. Our mission is to create safe, welcoming containers where people come home to themselves—and to reduce barriers for lightworkers, healers, and facilitators to step fully into their service.
We’re hiring an Executive + Marketing Assistant to support our founder/CEO with day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and keeping key projects moving forward. This role blends high-trust executive support (planning, follow-through, admin) with hands-on marketing coordination (Kajabi updates, newsletters, event promotion, and community communication). There may also be occasional support needs across Ash’s other heart-centered businesses and creations. For the right fit, this position could grow over time as future initiatives are built out. Future projects include a podcast and an online training program.
This is a great fit for someone who’s organized, warm, tech-comfortable, and loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes in a mission-driven, healing-centered community. The ideal schedule would be 3 days a week, such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Executive support + follow-through: weekly meetings, follow up, action items, and keeping priorities moving
- Light project management: organize notes/next steps in Google Docs and help tasks stay on track
- Kajabi updates: keep the website Events page current, clean, and consistent; flag/coordinate tech issues
- Bi-weekly newsletter support (Kajabi): draft from template, update sections, coordinate review, publish when approved
- Marketing + community support: assist with social consistency, event promotion, and clear community communication
- Rental marketing: refresh and improve space rental listings (Craigslist + beyond) and track what needs updating + assist with follow up
- Occasional on-site support (VT preferred): light space resets and select event support (photos/videos, simple logistics)
- Live online event support + in person event support.

- The CEO is supported with day to day tasks and can stay in her zone of genius (vision, programming, community leadership)
- Projects move forward with clear next steps and meeting goal dates
- Events page + website stays accurate and trustworthy
- Newsletter is engaging and goes out consistently
- Marketing feels steady, organized and on brand (not last-minute)
- Community feels informed, welcomed, and connected
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong organization + follow-through
- Calm, proactive communication (flag issues early + propose solutions)
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn tools quickly
- Kajabi experience is a plus (or confidence learning fast)
- Basic copy editing instincts + an eye for clean formatting/design
- Warm, grounded presence aligned with a healing-centered brand
- Social Media expertise to grow following + engagement
