At Leo Chicago, we’re looking for an Account Supervisor to help onboard and build a newly acquired personal care portfolio. You’ll lead the day-to-day business, steward the client relationship and partner closely with senior leadership and a cross-functional team to bring smart strategy and breakthrough creative to life - flawlessly executed, beautifully produced and built to drive the business.
What you’ll do

Lead the day-to-day across multiple workstreams by keeping priorities clear, timelines tight and quality high.

Be the client’s trusted advisor: proactive, grounded in the business and solutions-first.

Partner across Strategy, Creative, Production, Media and more to develop integrated campaigns and platform ideas that travel across channels and audiences.

Champion the work by pushing for what’s great, defend it thoughtfully and help the team bring it to the finish line with craft.

Build momentum on a growing account: spot opportunities, connect dots and help define what “next” looks like.
Who you are
You’re a builder with a calm command. You love clients, craft, and collaboration and you’re energized by the pace of creating something new. You communicate simply, lead confidently cross-functionally and bring solutions (not problems).
What you bring (must-haves)

Agency account leadership experience with integrated campaigns (and the ability to manage multiple audiences and channels).

Strong production understanding and a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

Excellent organization, communication and project leadership - able to manage up, down and across teams.

Comfort with MS Office and modern workflows, including using AI tools to drive smarter efficiencies while keeping a human touch.
Experience guidance
Typically ~6+ years in account management / brand stewardship at a creatively driven agency (CPG experience is a plus given category adjacency).
