Must be available to work Friday Saturday Sunday mornings and nights
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Safely use and maintain all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Monitor food quality and ensure it is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and equipment.

- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
