Overview
We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
- Leads store operation and performance by hand on work and through team members. Responsible for providing excellent service / quality products and achieving Sales Goals with Labor and Cost control
- Hands on leader and able to lead by example
- Maintains and exceeds customer satisfaction to build brand loyalty and work directly with customers and addressing customers concerns.
- Build store sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and customers / initiating local store marketing campaigns by managing the team members.
- Ensures store compliance with government laws and regulations as well as company standards.
- Suggests targets and prepares plans and executes plans to meet the set targets.
- Recruits, hires, train, and manage the team members efficiently.
Experience, skills, and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience. Younger Managers with strong motivation to the experienced manger who entrepreneurial ambition are welcome to apply.
- Able to understand the objectives and adapt to situation and react in positive way to achieve the targets
- Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- SERV safe® Certification or equivalent local Food Manager Certificat
- Good driving record
Working Conditions Safety Hazards of the Job:
- Requires working directly with customers.
- Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Requires working with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment (Gas torch to glaze ham) and conditions.
- Requires bending, stooping, standing, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.

· Salary $55K to 80K includes Performance Based Incentive.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
