We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager that has already worked with Dealer Track or Dealer Center. One of the two is a MUST. We specialize in subprime financing. If you have only worked with prime lenders we can train subprime.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customers credit application, ensuring compliance with paper work, and getting deals funded. This role requires a strong background in finance within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive explanations of financing options, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts to customers.
- Deal with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process, including financing options.
- Prepare and manage all finance-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quick and smooth transactions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and set an example for the sales team through daily actions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future sales.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that promotes high morale and team success.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 6 years successful financing experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience with VinSolutions and DealerTrack are preferred
- Must be able to maintain strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Must have competent computer and phone skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
