Superior Hearth, Spas & Leisure (SHSL) is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist for the Avon location. This position provides essential front-line coverage and administrative support to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role supports the Branch Manager, Inside Sales Team, and service department by improving responsiveness, maintaining showroom standards, assisting with sales and warranty administration, and supporting daily operations. This position plays a key role in protecting revenue, improving efficiency, and preventing coverage gaps.
