Job Summary
AI Operations Lead – ChatGPT Enterprise Platform
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Governance: Own administration of ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI API environments; define governance frameworks and access controls.
AI Operations & Performance Management: Monitor token usage, system performance, and cost; create dashboards for AI adoption and ROI.
Security, Privacy & Compliance: Enforce data protection, PII masking, and ensure compliance with defined security standards.
Solution Architecture & Enablement: Design reusable frameworks; guide teams on prompt engineering.
Offshore Team Leadership: Manage distributed teams and ensure code quality.
Cost Optimization & FinOps: Optimize API usage and implement cost controls.
Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison across business, engineering and open AI teams
Required Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in IT, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
2–4 years of experience with GenAI / LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
Experience leading offshore/distributed teams.
Technical Skills
ChatGPT Enterprise / OpenAI APIs, Custom GPTs, Assistants API.
AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace , Datadog etc
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
Additional Skills
Responsible AI and risk mitigation
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
Azure OpenAI, LLMOps frameworks, AI evaluation tools, certifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
3. To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
Maximum Salary (US): 148000
Minimum Salary (US): 78000
