Brand Operations Coordinator (Remote Position )

About the Role
No two days are exactly alike—and that's one of the things we love about this role.
Some days you'll be helping a bride choose the perfect earrings. Other days you'll be coordinating a product launch, uploading new products, improving internal systems, or helping organize projects behind the scenes.
We're looking for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a project through to completion and making things better than they found them.
If you're the type of person who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and likes leaving things more organized, efficient, and thoughtful than before—you'll probably love this role.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to customer emails with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Helping customers with returns, exchanges, warranty questions, and product recommendations
- Uploading and merchandising products in Shopify
- Assisting with new product launches
- Updating Pinterest and supporting marketing projects
- Coordinating special projects and keeping them moving
- Following up with vendors and suppliers
- Creating and updating SOPs
- Organizing product information and backend operations
- Supporting the founder with operational and administrative projects
- Looking for opportunities to improve systems and processes

Position Details
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday with some overlap during Eastern Time business hours.
Compensation: $20–24/hour depending on experience.
