We are a Modern, State of the Art, privately owned, rapidly expanding dental office looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team.
Our business focuses on bringing the most modern dental care to the patient and our community. We have a diverse team of dental professionals to help all patients feel at ease and build relationships with them directly. We believe in creating an atmosphere in which our employees can grow and create a rewarding careers within the field of dentistry.
Immediate openings are available for the right person.
PLEASE NOTE: This position would require working on Fridays and have a rotating schedule.
Responsible for:
· Reviewing charts and treatment plans
· Digital scanning
· Prepare rooms for patients
· Chairside Assisting
· Setting up the room with the correct instruments, handpieces, and materials
· Breaking down and sterilizing rooms
· Maintaining clinic according to State Dental Board regulations
· Helping to maintain infection control protocol and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
· Preparing lab slips
· Intra-oral pictures with the camera
· Taking x-rays; intra-oral or panoramic,
· Talking to patients about current office promotions and programs
· Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
· 2+ years’ experience
· Sedation experience
· A team player mentality
· A strong desire to learn
· High drive and energy
· Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
