- Report directly to and follow directions of superintendent/foreman

- Work safely in all conditions
- Knowledge of equipment operating requirements and processes for skidsteers and their attachments, asphalt compactors, asphalt saws, and asphalt pavers.
- Clean driving record and ability to be added to company insurance to drive company transport vehicles as needed.
