Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring a pristine environment for guests at all times
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for incoming diners
- Assist with bussing duties by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware efficiently and discreetly
- Support the food service team by delivering breakfast items to tables as needed with friendly professionalism
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are followed during all cleaning and bussing activities
- Help set up breakfast stations and replenish supplies to ensure smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and address guest needs promptly
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to uphold hygiene standards in dining areas
- Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or hotels is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact politely and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in catering or the food industry is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards
