Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Food handling certification is a plus
Skills:
- Help customers make beverage selections based on their preferences
- Proficient in brewing techniques for coffee, tea, or specialty drinks
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience in food service or banquet settings is beneficial
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is important in maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination in the bar area
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and bartending techniques
Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
