We are looking for an energetic and professional Part-Time Banquet Server/Bartender to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests during weddings, corporate events, banquets, and special functions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, works well in a team environment, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced event setting.
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables, linens, glassware, and service stations.
Provide professional food and beverage service during events.
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails in accordance with company standards.
Maintain a friendly and attentive attitude while interacting with guests.
Ensure banquet areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the event.
Assist with clearing tables, resetting service areas, and post-event breakdown.
Follow all alcohol service guidelines and state regulations.
Work closely with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure successful events.
Previous banquet serving or bartending experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid alcohol service permit.
Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
