We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Masonry Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process, and selling masonry projects. You will also be responsible for assessing masonry structures, determining existing conditions and damage, and determining the best options for repair, and restoration.
Essential Functions:
- - Meet with customers for estimate appointments at their homes
- - Prepare cost estimates and written proposals for masonry projects
- - Send proposals and follow up with customers
Requirements:
- - Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing masonry structures and determining the best options for repair and restoration
- - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- - Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - Proficiency in using Google Drive and experience with estimating software
