As a Juicista, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a perfectly blended juice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and other menu items with precision and care. - Providing exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace that meets our high standards. - Standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs to manage inventory and supplies. - Thriving in a fast-paced environment while working efficiently as part of a team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position. - A strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated in a bustling environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members. - Physical stamina to handle standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs when needed. - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
