Love pets, people, and being part of a team? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Furman Road location.
As the first face our guests see, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome pets and pet parents with a warm, professional attitude
- Create a positive first and last impression for every guest
- Handle check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Schedule reservations and answer questions about our services
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Document important pet information, including feeding, medication, play preferences, and special needs
- Keep pet parents informed about their pet’s stay
- Communicate clearly with the resort team to ensure every pet receives excellent care
- Recommend services and add-ons that can make each pet’s stay even more enjoyable
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
- Stay calm, positive, and helpful when the lobby gets busy
- Work as part of a team to keep the resort running smoothly
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Computer proficiency and strong customer service skills are required.
