Employees are eligible to contribute to our 401(k) starting the first of the month following 1 year of employment. Group Two matches 100% of contributions up to 4% of salary.
Employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) based on their years of employment (plus holidays). 0-1 years: 10 PTO Days // 1-5 years: 15 PTO Days // 5+ years: 20 PTO Days
Our team has the freedom of setting up their own productive work-from-home environment.
While we work remotely, we get together in person for a retreat event each year to brainstorm, collaborate, and strengthen our team bonds.
