We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, dependable, and highly organized First Impressions Team Member to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients, guests, and business partners. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional hospitality and create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for everyone who calls or visits our office. As the face of the firm, you will represent Fullerton Financial Planning with excellence, professionalism, and a commitment to providing a true "WOW" experience from the first interaction to the last.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career who takes pride in being reliable, punctual, and consistently present for their team and clients. Because this role is critical to the daily operation of our office, exceptional attendance, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a consistent in-office schedule are essential. While this role includes front desk responsibilities, it is not a stationary desk position. The successful candidate will enjoy staying active throughout the day by welcoming guests, answering phones, preparing conference rooms, supporting client meetings and events, managing office logistics, and assisting team members with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Training will be conducted at both our Scottsdale and Peoria office. Peoria office is located at 14155 N. 83rd Avenue, Suite 144, Peoria, AZ 85381, and our Scottsdale office, located at 18655 N. Claret Drive, Suite 105, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
