Salary Range: $50,000 – $54,000 annually
The Facilities & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily facility operations, coordinating work orders, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring customer expectations are met. This position works closely with the customer onsite while representing Oranje and supporting operational needs through effective communication, vendor coordination, inspections, and reporting.
The Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for facility concerns, janitorial quality, maintenance requests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues and successful completion of projects.
Facility Operations & Work Order Management
Monitor daily facility conditions by conducting routine walkthroughs and identifying areas requiring attention.
Submit, coordinate, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
Dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendors, contractors, or internal teams based on facility needs.
Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding repairs, services, and project requirements.
Perform site walks with vendors/contractors to review scope of work and support project coordination.
Serve as a vendor escort when required while contractors are performing work onsite.
Perform regular facility walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleaning standards and customer expectations are being met.
Monitor janitorial service quality and identify areas requiring improvement (may assist in cleaning).
Document findings, create reports, and communicate concerns to appropriate teams.
Support efforts to reduce service issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Review service reports and provide feedback regarding performance.
Work directly with customer representatives to address requests, concerns, and operational needs.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Attend meetings with customers and service providers to review performance, projects, and outstanding issues.
Maintain professional communication while representing Oranje and supporting the customer relationship.
Utilize computer systems and web-based databases to manage information and track facility activities.
Export, organize, and review reports from database systems.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, repairs, and project schedules.
Track project progress and provide updates to management.
Assist with facility-related documentation and reporting needs.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate web-based systems and generate reports.

Experience in facilities, janitorial operations, customer service, or coordination preferred.
Position is onsite with a desk located within the AA office.
Requires frequent walking throughout the facility.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary based on operational needs).
