ISI Elite Training in Evans and Grovetown is hiring Performance Coaches (personal trainers and group training coaches) for part-time and full-time roles. If you love coaching real people to results in a high-energy team setting, this is your floor.
ISI Elite Training is Athletic-Based Training (ABT): 50-minute, coach-led sessions built on strength, conditioning, and community. Members range from complete beginners to former college and pro athletes, and every one of them gets coached by name.
What you will do
- Lead energetic, safe, and well-organized group sessions from warm-up through finish.
- Coach movement quality, correct form in real time, and give every member options that fit their level.
- Know your members by name and track their progress week to week.
- Set up and reset training blocks so every session starts on time and looks sharp.
- Support new members through their first sessions so they come back.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for the next session.
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to bring the energy.
What you bring
- Current fitness certification from an ISI Elite approved organization (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Experience in group exercise and training settings is highly desirable.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to train all fitness levels, from novice to elite.
- Availability for early morning, evening, and Saturday sessions.
- Ability to demonstrate movements and be on your feet for the length of a session.
