Guaranteed base salary for Sales Associate starting at $20,000 - $36,000 annually depending on level and performance, plus commissions and performance bonuses.
Additional monthly performance incentives of up to $500 per month available for team members who hit production goals.

As a Sales Associate, you will work within our marketing team canvassing neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, educating qualified prospects about solar, and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.
This is not a closing role. Appointment setters do not sell products, enter homes, or collect payments.
