Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature with precision
- Collect blood samples and other specimens using proper phlebotomy techniques while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Assist with clinical procedures, including medication administration and basic wound care when appropriate

- administer vaccines for children.
- Support physician by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing medical supplies
- Be proficient in using the (EHR) system Eclinicals.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Certification or training as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist with demonstrated experience in medical office
- MUST know the EHR system (Eclinicalworks)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medication administration techniques, and basic life support (BLS) certification
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatric patients
- Prior experience in clinic environments demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
