Flooring technician:
DUTIES:
- Operate power tools and equipment to complete flooring installation and refinishing projects
- Assist with remodeling and construction projects by providing floor care expertise
- Apply caulk and other sealants to ensure proper floor installation and maintenance
- Follow instructions to accurately complete flooring projects
- Ability to work on your own & with a team
REQUIRMENTS:
- Previous experience in flooring installation and refinishing, 3+ years - Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in floor care and construction
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot flooring issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
