HECHALOU TEA HOUSE & JELLY brings authentic Taiwanese tea culture with a modern twist to Washington state. Founded in 2020 and beloved by young tea enthusiasts, our name playfully means “Crane Tea House” and sounds like “Let's Drink Tea.”

Responsibilities:
- Beverage Crafting: Brew tea, prepare an assortment of toppings, and craft our signature drinks. (We will train you)
- Customer Engagement: Deliver personalized recommendations while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Workspace Cleanliness: Ensure a spotless environment by cleaning equipment, wiping counters, and keeping the store tidy throughout your shift.
- Food Safety: Uphold strict food safety standards to guarantee that all products meet our high-quality expectations.
- Daily Operations: Assist with restocking supplies, managing inventory, and executing opening/closing tasks efficiently.
- End-of-Day Duties: Clear workstations, clean machines, and dispose of trash to ensure the workspace is ready for the next shift.
- Restroom Maintenance: Monitor and clean the restroom as needed to maintain hygiene and comfort for both staff and customers.
- Punctuality & Dependability: Arrive on time and ready to work every shift, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
Qualifications
- Must have a WA Food Worker Card after hire.
- Legally authorized to work in US.
- Passionate about bubble tea.
- Fluent in English, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

- Lynnwood, WA 98036 (For Training before Bellevue Opening)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bellevue, WA 98005: Relocate before starting work (Required)
