Essential Functions Include (but are definitely not limited to):
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist with Internally staffing cases
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Communicate with employees upon expiring professional licensure, CPR certification, TB tests and other required training to ensure timely renewals
- Assist with onboarding efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient transition for new employees, processing required paperwork and conducting orientation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Assist with audits and reporting as required
- Perform required background checks and reference verification
- Work closely with care coordinators on staffing demands
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks, as required
Position Requirements:
- Passion for learning and growth
- Experience with Recruiting, interviewing and employee selection process
- Willingness to engage with local community to build relationships, identify potential talent, and support marketing efforts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure about tasks/assignments
- Effective communication skills
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
