Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Property Manager / Leasing Agent with an entrepreneurial mindset to partner with the RSL Property Management team. More than just filling a role, we are seeking someone interested in a partnership who can assist with leasing operations, property management support, and client coordination while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
This is a commission-based opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property management and real estate while working alongside an active and growing team.
Specific responsibilities and workflow will be discussed directly with the RSL team.
Job Description
The Property Manager / Leasing Agent will assist with day-to-day leasing activities, property management support, and communication with clients, tenants, and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the RSL team with leasing operations
- Support property management-related tasks
- Coordinate with the team regarding leasing and management assistance needs
- Conduct property showings and tours
- Assist in creating property management agreements
- Communicate professionally with prospects, tenants, owners, and clients
- Help support leasing, follow-ups, and tenant coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated and self-driven individual

- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable meeting clients and showing properties
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Real estate license preferred, but not required
- Open to candidates who are not yet licensed but willing to learn and be trained
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Commission-based position
- No hourly pay
