We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator – Trade Show Production to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art fabrication shop in Oceanside, CA. About the Role
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are executed seamlessly from conception to installation. Working closely with our operations and fabrication teams, you’ll manage everything from organizing materials to assisting with fabrication and traveling to some of the nation’s most iconic venues for onsite builds.
This position offers a unique blend of creativity, logistics, and craftsmanship, with opportunities for career growth, national travel, and hands-on experience at premier events.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate and Prepare Exhibits: Assist in the creation of custom displays and booth elements that dazzle clients and attendees alike.
- Coordinate Warehouse Operations: Manage materials, organize inventory, and ensure tools, furniture, and electronics are event-ready.
- Shipping & Logistics: Pack and unpack crates, load trucks, and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the warehouse running smoothly with an eye for detail and a commitment to safety standards.
What We’re Looking For

Basic Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with ladders.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of lighting, electrical, and exhibit assembly techniques.
- Leadership experience and a willingness to take charge when needed.
