Duties
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and flower bed care to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Use power tools and machinery like excavators or skid steers for hardscape projects or site preparation when needed.
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques to promote healthy growth and safety.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn equipment, power tools, and landscaping machinery.
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for detailed work.
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety considerations.
- Strong physical stamina with the capability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
