Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Quoting & Inventory Specialist is to prepare quotes for replacement parts for the Computer Repair Department. This includes meeting established goals for completed quotes, service levels, and cost-savings initiatives. This position requires effective and productive working relationships with internal departments and external contacts.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Process requests and produce quotes for the Computer Repair Department.

Close out and complete all open quote cases.

Compile and maintain file information for all quotes.

Maintain positive relationships with customers/vendors.
-
Quickly identify needed parts and components for Computer Repair Department.

Perform monthly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.

Pick parts required for repair orders and stage for the technicians to repair.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic computer skills and ability to learn different transaction processes

Above average ability to perform basic math calculations

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Regular, reliable attendance

Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and be proactive

Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing

Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization

Ability to work efficiently independently as well as within a team

Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
