Description:
The Operator Department is looking for a detail oriented, hands-on team member to support daily order fulfillment and packaging operations. This role is essential to ensuring customer receive accurate, well-packaged orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pick and verify hardware items according to customer order specifications.

Hand pack custom, specialty, and small-quantity orders following label instructions.

Ensure correct quantities, part numbers, labels, and packaging materials are used.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the operator department.

Monitor inventory supply levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.

Learn and assist in other operator department stations as needed.

Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high accuracy.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Basic math and counting skills.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

Ability to read a tape measure.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Ability to use hands for repetitive grasping and packaging tasks.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
