Top Tier Roofing Solutions is a spin off of the 2nd largest Solar company in the Country. We are new and growing very fast. We are investing heavily into AI to book appointments in different areas and we need to find 1 or 2 individuals who have a founder mentality and can close and build a team of closers, and dialers from the ground up. This is not an opportunity for someone who has never done D2D sales or who has never sold residential roofs. We need people who can do it and then train other how to do it.
We have a handful people that have opened up branches on East Coast states and are currently managing large teams. They are currently making around $40k each, every single month on average. This opportunity can go very very well or very very bad depending on the person.
What you have:
- Hunger--or your back is up against a wall
- Have sold roofs to individuals or equivalent D2D experience
- Understand submitting insurance claim
- Manage a team of sellers full-time
- Comfortable calling customers on the phone
- Comfortable with Door 2 door sales and being in someones home
- Has a founder mentality and wants to generate generational wealth
