Abide Therapy Services is a trauma-focused private practice specializing in EMDR therapy, complex trauma, attachment, and relationship healing. We are expanding our services to better serve individuals and couples impacted by compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, infidelity, and betrayal trauma.
We are looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who is a **Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT)** or actively pursuing CSAT certification. If you are passionate about helping clients experience lasting healing and value collaboration, we'd love to meet you.

## Position Summary
The CSAT will provide therapy to adults experiencing:
- Compulsive sexual behaviors and pornography addiction
- Infidelity recovery
- Betrayal trauma
- Relationship and attachment concerns
- Complex trauma and PTSD
- Couples seeking recovery after sexual betrayal
The therapist will collaborate with other clinicians within the practice to provide comprehensive care for both the individual struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors and their partner when appropriate.
## Qualifications
### Required
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology
- Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Experience treating trauma
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing telehealth and in-person therapy
### Preferred
- Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT)
- Or actively enrolled in the CSAT certification process
- EMDR Basic Training completed or willingness to pursue training
- Experience working with couples
- Knowledge of attachment theory and betrayal trauma
## Bonus Qualifications
Experience with:
- Formal therapeutic disclosure
- Partner-sensitive treatment
- EMDR
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Polyvagal Theory
- Somatic approaches
- APSATS-informed treatment
- Faith-sensitive counseling (not required)
## Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and couples therapy
- Utilize trauma-informed interventions
- Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
- Complete timely documentation
- Participate in consultation and case collaboration
- Maintain ethical and professional standards

## About CSAT
A **Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT)** is specially trained to assess and treat compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, infidelity, and related concerns using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches developed through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
Pay: $60.00 per hour
