Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in therapeutic massage techniques and open to working in a clinical setting alongside chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the direction of the chiropractor
- Administer adjunct therapies including:
- Class IV Laser Therapy
- Shockwave Therapy
- Guided therapeutic exercises and stretching
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients on treatment benefits and home care recommendations
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Provide a professional, comfortable, and safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapy License in Florida
- Experience in therapeutic/medical massage preferred
- Willingness to learn and perform Class IV laser and shockwave therapies (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a chiropractic or rehabilitation setting
- Knowledge of anatomy, injury recovery, and corrective exercise techniques
Pay: $22.00 per hour
