Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in keeping our fulfillment and inventory operations running smoothly. Experience in the cannabis or hemp industry is a strong plus, you'll feel right at home.
Duties
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve inventory accuracy, and uphold safety protocols.
- Pack and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct routine inventory audits and maintain accurate stock counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant
- Handle product with care and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail accuracy matters here
- Background or familiarity with THC/hemp/cannabis products preferred. Must know how many grams in an 1/8, oz, qp, Etc.
- Dependable and able to commit to 3–5 days per week
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with good organizational habits
- Must be 21+
