Timeless Construction is Wilmington, NC's general contractor specializing in land development, commercial builds, remodels, and upfits. We have earned a reputation for building beautiful commercial structures within Southeastern North Carolina. As we are expanding, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Superintendent.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY
Execute field construction ensuring on-time completion, zero safety incidents, and quality work meeting specifications while maintaining positive subcontractor relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct daily field operations coordinating all trades ensuring productive workflow and adherence to project schedule
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and zero incidents
- Manage subcontractor performance monitoring quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and resolving field issues within 24 hours
- Maintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egress
- Document daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction Management
- Coordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors ensuring timely scheduling and pass rates
- Communicate proactively with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts daily
