We are a local, family-owned seafood company looking for reliable, energetic part-time team members to assist with our busy retail fish market. Join us and have fun selling fresh seafood to our loyal customer base in the greater NH Seacoast area! We offer a great work atmosphere, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and day shifts (no late nights!).
Hours & Schedule
- Part-Time: 8 to 35 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
- Must be available to work 1 or both weekend days.
- Potential to transition into a Full-Time role with comprehensive benefits after 90 days!
What You’ll Do
- Store Setup & Breakdown: Assist with daily AM setup and PM breakdown of fresh fish cases and product displays.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product selection, answer phones, and take customer orders.
- Prep & Culinary: Light food prep and cooking (sandwiches, chowders, etc.).
- Operations: Handle cashiering, bag goods, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Seafood Processing: Basic fish cutting, skinning fillets, and portioning (no experience needed—we offer complete on-the-job training!).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for shifts and complete physical store tasks.
- Retail or seafood experience is a plus, but not required!
