Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they step in
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with confidence, employing conflict management skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Supervise and support team members in delivering top-tier guest services, providing guidance and leadership to foster a collaborative environment
- Offer dining enhancements through guest engagement. Offer and sell different special occasion packages
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement in service quality
- Utilize technical proficiency to operate reservation systems, point-of-sale equipment, and other relevant technology tools effectively
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance guest experiences and increase satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience in a customer service or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members toward common goals
- Previous Host experience in Fine Dining is mandatory
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Skilled in conflict management to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with reservation systems, POS devices, and basic computer applications
- Excellent numeracy skills for balancing registers and managing financial transactions effectively
- A background in guest services or hospitality that reflects a passion for creating positive guest experiences
