We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. **Duties** - Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with our sales team to develop sales strategies and support product launches. - Utilize SEO best practices to optimize our website and improve search engine rankings. - Design and create HTML emails and landing pages using WordPress. - Manage and optimize our website content to improve user experience and drive conversions. - Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and other marketing events. - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
**Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales and product management. - Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising sales. - Strong understanding of SEO and its applications. - Proficiency in HTML and WordPress. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with content marketing and its role in the sales process. - A passion for marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. - Must have history with HVAC, Plumbing, and heating Company.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
