Direct Care Staff Clear Recovery Residential
Clear Recovery Residential is hiring Direct Care Staff to support adults in substance use and mental health recovery in a structured residential setting. This role is essential to maintaining a safe supportive and recovery focused environment.
Position Overview: Direct Care Staff assist clients with day to day tasks provide general supervision and help support structure routine and accountability throughout the day. Staff are part of a team that models healthy behavior boundaries and recovery focused living.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide general supervision and support for residents Assist clients with daily living tasks and routines. Help maintain a safe structured and respectful environment. Support recovery focused activities and expectations. Document observations and follow program procedures. Transport clients as needed using company vehicles.
Requirements: Ability to pass a background check. Clean driving record, Ability to work with substance use and mental health populations, Strong communication and boundary setting skills, Dependable professional and team oriented.
