Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on each center/commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently and safely.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various repair issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
