The Opportunity

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Four or more years of public accounting audit or assurance experience
- Experience with financial statement audits, reviews, or compilations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Takes ownership, follows through, and drives engagements to completion
- Strong computer skills and an interest in technology, automation, and process improvement
- Construction industry experience preferred
- CPA license or progress toward licensure preferred
